The care we received has been outstanding especially from Hannah, Amelia, Bev, Anna and Jackie. The carers go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the kitchen staff are amazing too. The cleaning staff are great, Kelvin and Sharon are kind and polite and also do all they can to help. Polly has been incredible. The only thing we can think of that could improve the peace and quiet is if people close doors rather than slamming them shut!

Brilliant care and communication. Lovely facilities. Maybe ask family members if they are comfortable being in the room for personal questions before asking incase they/patient would prefer then to wait outside the room.

Everything has been good. Everyone is always very helpful. They go out of their way to make life better. Care is very attentive.

I had the opportunity of going in the garden in a wheelchair. It is very important to have a change of scenery and out of bed! Encourage the staff - it also gives them fresh air!

How do I begin? I cannot praise everyone highly enough. My heart felt grateful goes to one and all including cleaning staff and kitchen. Thank you Drs, nurses and carers - God bless all and keep up the "good" work.

All those, with whom we had any contact at all were helpful positive and thoughtful. Even the volunteers, who were so smiley and friendly made us so welcome and couldn't do enough. The care is efficient and empathetic, the rooms very comfortable, and spacious and the whole building clean, quiet and well run. The staff are a credit to their profession.
